Educational research does not "prove" things. Here is link to a short 4 1/2 minute video that might be useful and interesting as you are working on the hypotheses portion of the assignment. You could also turn it into a parlor game with your friends. ;)

As you watch the video STOP at about 1:10 into the video and see if you can guess the rule. (Give it a try before you watch the final 3 minutes of the video and don’t look at the comments below the YouTube video window!)
