Your Professor has typed in an incorrect url or web link And thus you see "Site not publisher', "404 error "or a web page that doesn't make sense. :(

The information on the page does not appear on your computer.
You probably have 'cookies' disabled or some other security setting that prohibits the downloading of images and files. You are seeing old information or a 'page not found' type of message.
